Corporate

Our firm regularly represents and advises clients, whether large or small-to-medium-sized corporations, in dealing with everyday business issues, as well as complex legal issues which require a great deal of knowledge and expertise, in order to meet a wide range of client needs in a prompt and accurate manner. "Corporate legal work", though a simple phrase, involves a wide variety of legal services, including legal research regarding applicable laws, regulations, and case law, drafting and reviewing all relevant contracts and legal documents, providing legal opinions with respect to the administration of shareholders' and board of directors' meetings, advising on the establishment of corporate governance systems such as the development of internal regulations, drafting of legal opinions, and resolving disputes through negotiation and other means. Depending upon the type, nature, or size of our clients' businesses, the appropriate legal solutions to be provided must vary accordingly, and thus we tailor our advice to be consistent with the specific business methods and thinking of our clients. Consequently, it is our firm's philosophy to provide solutions based upon the genuine needs of our client as well as a thorough understanding of not only the details of our clients' businesses, but also the nature of their industries.
