Toshihiro Chishiki is a Partner in the Osaka office of Kitahama Partners. He joined Kitahama Partners in July 2013 and advises financial institutions on complex financial transactions, including the securitization of assets and syndicate loans. In addition, Mr. Chishiki has handled a large number of M&A transactions, including both international and domestic transactions. Mr. Chishiki has also worked as a financial advisor in Singapore to help Japanese enterprises expand their businesses overseas, and has extensive M&A experience in Southeast Asia, including Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
