We have a proven track record in all areas related to renewable energy, including providing legal advice on the development and operation of renewable energy power plants such as solar, wind, biomass, and geothermal power generation, organizing project finance, and conducting M&A transactions in connection with special purpose companies engaged in renewable energy generation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The laws and regulations related to renewable energy are revised virtually every year. For us to provide a full range of legal services to this sector, it is essential that we are familiar with the legal aspects and the operations of electric power companies in a timely and appropriate manner. In this vein, we ensure that we are abreast of any legal and regulatory changes as they occur, and, based on our extensive knowledge and experience, we provide legal services that meet the needs of our clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u3010Infrastructure\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

With respect to the Act on Promotion of Public Finance Initiative (PFI Act), we are well versed in providing legal advice and arranging project financing for the development ofevery kind of infrastructure from the perspective of both business operators and financial institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, we provide various legal advice on airport management, including daily legal issues, to airport operators under the system of the right to operate public facilities, etc., which was introduced by an amendment to the PFI Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
