Saki Fujiwara has handled a wide range of matters in a variety of areas, such as mergers and acquisitions (including conducting legal due diligence and drafting and negotiating stock transfer agreements), labor and employment (maintenance of company employment regulations and revisions in response to legal amendments, negotiations with employees, handling harassment claims, and labor litigation), commercial arbitration, bankruptcy, divorce litigation, and internal fraud investigations. In particular, she is mainly focused on matters involving mergers and acquisitions, and labor and employment law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In handling M&A cases, prompt and accurate responses are required, but Ms. Fujiwara also feels that it is very rewarding to be able to assist in the positive coupling of the companies in the transaction. In regard to labor and employment cases, she often provides legal advice to clients on various labor issues that arise during the course of their daily work, and it brings her great pleasure that she is able to support her clients\u2019 work behind the scenes by responding carefully to even the small issues one by one. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
