With dedication and perseverance, Mr. Taniguchi strives to meet each client\u2019s needs by providing complete and thorough legal work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since joining the firm, he has been involved in a wide range of matters\u00a0across numerousfields, including daily corporate legal consultations, litigation and dispute cases (including litigation relating to\u00a0human\u00a0resources and\u00a0labor-related\u00a0affairs, real estatematters, and crypto asset-related\u00a0matters),\u00a0M&amp;A\u00a0transactions, corporate matters,\u00a0human\u00a0resources and\u00a0labor-related\u00a0affairs,\u00a0matters concerning financial regulation, and investigations of corporate impropriety, as well as general civil affairs and criminal cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Particularly in the field of mergers and acquisitions, he has\u00a0directly handled theprivatization of listed companies, corporate restructuring, legal due diligence assessments in connection with mergers and acquisitions for unlisted companies, and the drafting and reviewing\u00a0of contracts such as share transfer agreements. Furthermore, in\u00a0the fields of\u00a0human resources and labor-related\u00a0affairs, in addition to various daily consultations, he has\u00a0directly\u00a0handled negotiation cases related to claims for overtime pay,\u00a0claims for\u00a0damages related to industrial accidents\u00a0involving\u00a0employees, andprovided\u00a0support for\u00a0liaising\u00a0with\u00a0many district\u00a0Labour\u00a0Standards\u00a0Inspection\u00a0Offices.
