To that end, Mr. Shimooka understands the importance of possessing a wide range of specialized legal knowledge, having a wealth of experience, and communicating closely with clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since joining the firm, Mr. Shimooka has been handling a wide range of matters, including negotiations, litigations, M&amp;A transactions, fraud investigations, competition law cases, contract drafting and review, as well as daily legal consultation.
