To that end, he understands that it is essential not only to exercise judgment based on solid knowledge and experience as a professional, but also to understand the true needs of his clients through close communication with them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since joining Kitahama Partners, Mr. Shimooka has been involved in a wide range of matters, from corporate legal affairs focusing on legal advice regarding M&amp;A transactions, corporate law and various business regulations, antitrust and competition law matters, and real estate-related legal affairs, to dispute resolutions such as negotiations and litigations. In today\u2019s complex legal environment, attorneys are required to collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders.
