She examines solutions tailored to the actual conditions, focusing not only on surface-level problems but also on their underlying circumstances and measures to prevent similar issues from recurring in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since joining the firm, Ms. Sakai has been involved in a wide variety of cases, with a focus on corporate legal matters, including contract reviews, day to day corporate consultations, negotiation and litigation matters, legal due diligence assessments in connection with mergers and acquisitions, fraud investigations, and international practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, taking advantage of her background in Taiwan, she also handles legal affairs relating to Greater China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not limited to the legal profession, Ms. Sakai is committed to acquiring new knowledge and expertise in a broad range of fields and has dedicated herself to continuous self-improvement.
