She has been handling a variety of litigation matters, including disputes relating to development and transactions involving real estate, disputes over collaborative research and system development, as well as disputes regarding product liability and employee misconduct. She has also been widely engaged in various types of dispute resolution matters. Ms. Oishi\u2019s clients are diverse and represent a variety of industries, such as manufacturing, construction, service providers, etc., and she has handled many cases for various organizations ranging from healthcare corporations to educational institutions.
