He has focused on corporate rehabilitation since joining the firm, and has handled a wide variety of cases. His practice also includes private liquidation, which has recently become more common than court ordered liquidation. Moreover, when handling corporate rehabilitation matters, Mr. Nakanishi often represents the seller\u2019s side in M&amp;A transactions; however, he has also been involved in a number of transactions on the buyer\u2019s side.
