His practice areas are focused on IT and technology-related matters, including systems development disputes and the protection of personal information. As a member of the European Practice Group, he has been assisting both in inbound and outbound affairs such as support for Japanese companies entering overseas markets, support for management, etc. of subsidiary companies after entering overseas markets, support for foreign-based companies entering the Japanese market, and cross-border M&amp;A matters, etc. In addition, based on his experience of being seconded to a leading Japanese trading firm and a leading foreign-based consumer goods company, Mr. Naka also actively supports negotiations on distribution agreements and license agreements, etc. He also handles matters in the areas of general corporate law, antitrust law, bankruptcy law, dispute resolution, and other areas. Furthermore, his role in providing legal advice regarding inheritance matters to individuals residing abroad has also increased.
