Overview

Tamao Inada decided to become an attorney out of her desire to help people in need. With this thought in mind, since joining the firm, Ms. Inada has been involved in a variety of matters, including contract review, daily corporate legal consultations, negotiations and litigations, legal due diligence assessments in connection with mergers and acquisitions and IPOs, fraud investigations, family court cases, and international practice, as well as consultations related to the Public Offices Election Act and the Political Funds Control Act through utilizing her experience as a secretary for a member of the National Diet of Japan.

Ms. Inada is aspiring to become an attorney who wields strong power in language. She actively seeks to develop her ability to make bold and persuasive claims for her clients and guide them accordingly to solve their problems. She is committed to continuing daily self-improvement to support her clients by taking advantage of her empathic nature allowing her to truly understand another person’s issues as if they were her own, and the ability to look at the essence of things with her flexible way of thinking.
