Since joining the firm, Koyo Tashiro has been involved in various legal matters in many business fields such as real estate, manufacturing, construction, retail, insurance, infrastructure, restaurant business, transportation, and the worker dispatching business. He has a deep understanding of each industry and pursues his work with passion.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Tashiro was a Japan Coast Guard officer, engaged in the protection of the territorial waters of Japan. During his time in the Coast Guard, he worked with a lesson in mind: “There are few sunny days for coast guard officers. Think of life as a continuous series of storms.”, which is one of the 50 core principles handed down by the Coast Guard.

Even in the business world, sometimes clients may encounter “stormy weather”. In such a situation, Mr. Tashiro desires to be the lifeboat that his clients can rely on.  Mr. Tashiro works with passion in his heart and will “make his brain sweat” to be trusted by all his clients.
