Overview
Since becoming an attorney, Hayato Sasaki has handled general corporate legal matters with a special focus on corporate litigation and dispute resolution (litigations and dispute resolutions, particularly those relating to non-life insurance matters, labor law, and taxation), and risk management and compliance (handling matters concerning corporate malfeasance and conducting investigations into corporate impropriety, etc.).
Mr. Sasaki hashandled a number of cases in the above fields, including lawsuits. Based on his well-rounded experience and knowledge as to how these disputes and incidents ofmisconduct typically conclude, he provides advice and support aimed at the early stages of dispute resolution and matters concerning misconduct, as well as stressing the importance of prevention so that any dispute or incident of misconduct does not occur in the first place.
In addition, drawing upon his experience of being remotely seconded to the legal affairs department of companies (manufacturing sector), Mr. Sasaki strives to provide advice and support with expedience taking into consideration the client’s perspective, rather than from a stereotypical approach.
