Since joining the firm, Shintaro Yoshitani has been involved in a wide variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions/corporate matters (acquisition by funds, and providing assistance to members of special committees, etc.), construction and real estate-related negotiations and disputes (design defects and building defects, etc.), providing support on routine legal matters in the real estate brokerage business, fraud investigations for listed companies, and providing legal advice to start-up companies.
