Overview
Since joining the firm, Shintaro Yoshitani has been involved in a wide array of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, fraud investigations, providing legal advice to start-up companies and other businesses, real estate-related disputes and negotiations, bankruptcy cases including corporate and individual bankruptcies, family law cases, and criminal defense. Based on his experience with dispute resolution cases, he also provides advice with respect to dispute prevention.
