Furthermore, Ms. Yakushiji has been mainly in charge of dispute cases including negotiations and litigations, and corporate legal matters such as mergers and acquisitions, finance, and corporate bankruptcy proceedings. She also handles general civil affairs such as claims for infringement of statutory reserved shares and divorce settlements as well as criminal cases.
