Overview

Io Yakushiji’s decision to become an attorney came from her belief that it was very rewarding to be helpful to others which was cultivated through her experience of being a caretaker for an athletics club when she was a student. She aspires to be an attorney who has a high level of expertise and who can reassure her clients when they ask her about certain legal fields.

When handling matters related to corporate legal affairs, quick responses and straightforward approaches for the desired results are required in-line with the specific pace of the client’s business.  Ms. Yakushiji is of the opinion that a broad interest in society as a whole, not just limited to law, will provide her with a better perspective for considering each and every case, and enable her to respond promptly and in an easy-to-understand way in addition to devoting herself to her specialized fields on a daily basis.

Currently, Ms. Yakushiji handles a wide range of cases involving contract reviews, negotiations, litigations, M&A transactions, general civil affairs, etc. She is stimulated and motivated by being exposed to new legal issues related to everyday businesses. Ms. Yakushiji is committed to her pursuit of self-improvement and continues to make every effort to be of service to her clients in each and every case.
