Tomoya Orisaka has always aspired to be someone who makes people smile from his childhood. Together with such mindset, the idea that “law is involved in every aspect of our lives, and having the ability to analyze and explain events by applying the law which may bring a smile to the faces of people who are in difficulties or taking on a challenge” spurred his curiosity and ignited a fire in his heart, which made him pursue a career in law.

Mr. Orisaka has played various sports, both team and individual, such as baseball, badminton, and been a track and field athlete. From his experiences of success and failure in games and competitions, he has developed the courage to find a breakthrough solution in a difficult situation and the ability to concentrate in critical moments, as well as using his stellar communication ability within a team and the flexibility to adjust to respective environments.

Furthermore, based on his belief “when faced with a choice, choose the harder to accomplish”, he endeavors to overcome challenges without fail by practicing and preparing thoroughly.

He is committed to satisfying the needs of each client by taking advantage of his strengths and high motivation, as well as by communicating with the client closely and carefully.
