Overview
Although, since joining the firm, Takashi Komatsubara has handled a broad array of matters, such as corporate restructuring, labor and employment, and guidance regarding general shareholder meetings, in particular, he assists clients with cases regarding domestic merger and acquisition, fraud investigations, prior notification for business combination examinations, the Subcontract Act, and the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations. With respect to fraud investigations, to assure clients can take the most appropriate action, Mr. Komatsubara conducts a detailed investigation of the relevant documents to fully understand the facts and circumstances. In M&A cases, which often have tight schedules, Mr. Komatsubara does his utmost to meet the client’s expectations by providing prompt and careful advice.
