Lawsuits against a Global Pharmaceutical Company　

Kitahama Partners represented a global pharmaceutical company in a lawsuit filed in connection with alleged defects in a drug manufactured by the company, and consistently secured favorable decisions for the client from the court of first instance to the Supreme Court.
