Kitahama Partners has been engaged for many years in the creation of various funding structures, including the liquidation or securitization of real property including hotels, offices and residences (including developmental enterprises) and of loan claims (consumer loan claims, business loan claims, etc.).

In recent years, the field of structured finance has become increasingly complex and demanding. In addition, many originators and others have failed since the 2008 global financial crisis. Our firm combines a wealth of experience, swift responsiveness and substantial negotiating prowess for legal bankruptcy proceedings, and has conducted many negotiations with administrators in bankruptcy, rehabilitation debtors and the like on behalf of creditors.
