Our firm was among the first in its field to publish handbooks on the protection of trade secrets under the 2015 amendment to the Unfair Competition Prevention Act, and since then, we have been involved in educational activities by providing seminars free of charge on an on-going basis. We prepare and revise company trade secrets protection rules, conduct seminars for officers and employees, prepare confidentiality agreements and the like, handle criminal complaints and civil litigation related to the misappropriation of trade secrets, and otherwise have a wealth of knowledge and experience related to trade secrets protection.
We are also proactively engaged in cutting-edge legal practice, including through the preparation of agreements concerning the utilization of data not protected as personal information or trade secrets, and through the handling of trade secret leaks on a global scale.
