Atsushi Nishio’s zest for becoming an attorney stems from his desire to support and advocate for individuals and organizations through the legal system – the main mechanism of societal governance. Since joining Kitahama Partners in April 2025, Mr. Nishio has been involved in a wide variety of matters, including labor disputes, bankruptcy cases, commercial disputes, mergers and acquisition transactions, fraud investigations, administrative cases, and general civil cases. In each individual matter, he provides legal advice and solutions tailored to the best interests of the client.
