Overview
Since becoming a lawyer, Daisuke Yamamoto has focused his practice on the corporate legal affairs of start-up companies and dealt with numerous matters common to any start-ups, such as general corporate affairs, financing, stock option design, and ensuring the legality of new businesses. The field he has particularly focused on is preventive legal work, such as drafting catered contracts. With the knowledge gained through his ample experience in drafting and reviewing various agreements and his sufficient understanding of business, Mr. Yamamoto is committed to drafting contracts and terms of use that prevent disputes before they arise and yet do not hinder the business of the client.
Mr. Yamamoto also now provides legal support not only for start-up companies but for listed companies as well, providing legal services across a wide range of areas from traditional fields such as M&A transactions, fraud investigations, and takeover defenses, to more advanced fields such as generative AI, metaverses and Web3.
Social media risk management is an extremely important factor in modern society and Mr. Yamamoto, who also specializes in this area, strives to provide his clients with multifaceted solutions based not only on legal perspectives but also on responses and anticipated reactions from social media and public opinion.
Mr. Yamamoto strongly desires to help his clients improve their lives, their businesses, and society as a whole by providing some extra assistance, not to mention resolving their legal issues.
