Since joining the firm, Haruka Nishimoto has handled a wide range of matters in all areas of law, including negotiation and litigation matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate, venture and start-up company financing, corporate restructuring, and antitrust matters. 

Mr. Nishimoto became a lawyer out of his desire to help people who were facing legal problems they are unable to solve on their own.   

Because no two legal problems are the same, to find a solution, Mr. Nishimoto understands the importance of maintaining a multifaceted perspective based on broad experience.  He also values working closely with clients and working together to reach a resolution.
