Haruka Sakai’s aspiration to become an attorney stemmed from her deep desire to support those facing difficulties. Since joining the firm, Ms. Sakai has been involved in a wide variety of cases, with a focus on corporate legal matters, including contract reviews, day to day corporate consultations, negotiation and litigation matters, legal due diligence assessments in connection with mergers and acquisitions, fraud investigations, and international practice.
Furthermore, taking advantage of her background in Taiwan, she also handles legal affairs relating to Greater China.
