Ichita Mizutani’s decision to become an attorney was born out of his desire to help people and companies facing difficult situations.  He desires to solve the problems of his clients not only from a legal perspective but also from a wide range of viewpoints by taking advantage of his tactful and adaptive decision-making skills and his tenacity to follow through.

Since joining the firm, Mr. Mizutani has handled a wide range of cases focusing on corporate legal affairs, including litigations, negotiations, employment and labor law issues, and legal affairs for venture companies.  He continues to strive to be an attorney who can truly be trusted in every situation and overcome whatever difficulties his clients may face.
