Overview
Isaka Takeda handles matters relating to fraud investigations/crisis response, dispute resolution (litigation, negotiation, etc.), and property/casualty insurance, as well as providing legal advice regarding corporate matters.
With respect to fraud investigations and crisis response cases, using her experience as a prosecutor, Ms. Takeda assists clients in responding to the relevant authorities and provides advice regarding implementing measures to prevent similar matters arising in the future.
In dispute resolution cases, Ms. Takeda represents clients in resolving disputes through both negotiation and litigation processes and has experience handling matters relating to product liability, medical treatment, and construction. In particular, Ms. Takeda can provide advice with respect to dispute resolution for both civil and criminal matters.
For property/casualty insurance cases, Ms. Takeda provides legal advice regarding policy interpretation and coverage/liability and asserting claims for payment and indemnity, as well as issues relating to moral risks.
Ms. Takeda also provides legal advice to corporations, both listed and unlisted, regarding matters relating to daily transactions, as well as problems arising from both inside and outside the company, and strives to provide effective answers that reflect the practical circumstances and intentions of her clients to the greatest extent possible.
