Overview

Since joining the firm, Junya Oishi has handled corporate legal affairs in relation to various industrial fields, ranging from fraud investigations, management rights disputes, corporate restructuring, and litigation, etc., to daily legal consultations. In addition to corporate legal affairs, Mr. Oishi has also been involved in a wide range of other fields, including legal consultations from local governments, traffic accidents, family court cases, and criminal cases. The particular circumstances of a case, the laws and regulations in question, and the required roles of an attorney vary from case to case, but in any matter, he will sincerely face each and every issue and responsibility, and make every effort to make proposals that are in the best interests of his clients.

Having lived in Bangkok, Thailand, for three years and having worked in the private sector, the diversity of cultures and different ways of thinking he has been exposed to have cultivated his ability to understand them. By utilizing this ability, he continues to devote himself every day to practicing law with the ideal image that an attorney is someone who can truly grasp the circumstances and feelings of his or her clients and work with them for their betterment.
