Junya Oishi decided to become a lawyer through the realization that supporting a company’s growth from a legal perspective not only contributes to the company itself but also contributes to society as a whole, which benefits from the company’s business activities. In his practice, Mr. Oishi seeks to provide accurate and precise legal advice, while keeping in mind not just legal theory but also the client’s ultimate objective, as well as what he can do to help accomplish it.
Having lived in Bangkok, Thailand, for three years and having worked in the private sector, the diversity of cultures and ways of thinking he has been exposed to has become the foundation of his personality.
Since joining the firm, Mr. Oishi has handled a wide variety of matters, including corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation. Mr. Oishi strives to continue to develop and improve each day by doing his utmost in every case he handles.
