Since joining the firm, Kazumasa Aoyama has been involved in many cases in the areas of bankruptcy, business rehabilitation, and real estate disputes.  In addition, Mr. Aoyama has been involved in a wide variety of corporate matters, both in terms of practice areas and client industries, such as mergers and acquisitions, stock exchange listings, corporate management disputes, and inheritance matters.  Given that some cases require a speedy response to a tight time schedule, while others involve complicated legal arguments that require a long time to reach a conclusion satisfactory to the client, Mr. Aoyama is keenly aware that, depending on the area of law and the client’s industry and objectives, there is no one correct answer to obtain the client’s desired result. 

To provide the best legal services in each case, Mr. Aoyama believes it is necessary to listen carefully to clients and be able to provide a variety of solutions based on experience in a wide range of practice areas.
