Overview
The year 2019 marks Koichi Tsujimoto’s 56th year since he was admitted to practice law in 1963, and he has been handling a broad range of cases up to the present time. One of his most significant matters was a corporate restructuring case which went on for nearly 10 years and made a lasting impression on him in his role as a Trustee. He learned the importance of human relationships through working on the case with directors, employees, creditors, and other relevant persons.
Furthermore, Mr. Tsujimoto visited Europe, the U.S., and Korea, as either a member or the Chairman of the International Committee on the Qualification of Foreign Attorneys, as a result of which he had the opportunity to reflect on how the judicial system should operate as well as the mission of attorneys through the exchange of opinions with foreign attorneys and leading figures in the Ministry of Justice.
