Makoto Fujiwara has been mainly working on cases in the area of corporate rehabilitation and insolvency. As attorney for debtors of corporate rehabilitation cases, Mr. Fujiwara has been providing advisory services relating to private liquidation matters as well as legal liquidation matters, such as corporate rehabilitation cases (Corporate Rehabilitation Trustee Representative and Examiner Assistant) and civil rehabilitation cases (Attorney for the petitioner and Audit Assistant), and has been handling a number of liquidation cases as a bankruptcy trustee.
