Since joining the firm, Rin Kojima has been in charge of a wide variety of cases including corporate matters in real estate and construction, corporate law, legal due diligence assessments in connection with mergers and acquisitions, fraud investigations, as well as administrative and general civil affairs, divorce proceedings, and inheritance cases.
