Overview
Since joining the firm, Rin Kojima has been in charge of a wide variety of cases including corporate matters in real estate and construction, corporate law, legal due diligence assessments in connection with mergers and acquisitions, fraud investigations, as well as administrative and general civil affairs, divorce proceedings, and inheritance cases. Furthermore, in addition to handling litigation and negotiation matters at the dispute stage, Ms. Kojima provides prompt and accurate legal advice to her clients with a focus on dispute prevention.
Through the experience of watching her parents run a company, Ms. Kojima decided to become an attorney as she wanted to support her clients from a legal perspective, who face various challenges every day.
