Overview
Ryo Taniguchi decided to become a lawyer out of his desire to help people in need. To help clients and earn their trust, Mr. Taniguchi believes it is necessary not only to respond to their legal problems but also to understand the client’s true needs. In addition to continuing to develop sound legal knowledge, Mr. Taniguchi takes time each day to keep up with current events to be well versed in business and social trends.
One of Mr. Taniguchi’s greatest strengths is his ability to dedicate himself to a task to see it through to the end – a strength he cultivated playing water polo for ten years from junior high school through university. With dedication and perseverance, Mr. Taniguchi strives to meet each client’s needs by providing complete and thorough legal work.
Since joining the firm, he has been involved in a wide range of cases across a variety of practice areas, including contract review and daily consultation, negotiation and litigation cases (in the areas of employment and labor law, construction and real estate, etc.), legal due diligence in connection with M&A transactions, organizational restructuring (the transition of a listed company to a holding company structure), fraud investigations, finance, and family court cases, etc. As he continues to gain experience in a wide range of cases, Mr. Taniguchi is devoted to becoming a lawyer who always earns the trust of his clients.
