Overview
Ryusaku Saito focuses mainly on matters relating to labor and employment law. Mr. Saito has experience in resolving labor-related disputes, investigating harassment cases, and revising company employment regulations to comply with revisions to labor law and regulations. He also has experience in M&A transactions for small/medium-sized companies and listed corporations in a variety of industries, as well as post-M&A organizational management intergration (PMI) projects, and is knowledgeable about legal issues related to labor and employment issues arising through M&A transactions. With respect to labor and employment matters, which often involve interpersonal disputes, Mr. Saito believes that the best solution can be found by understanding not only the client’s position but also the other party’s position and sentiments.
