Saki Fujiwara has handled a wide range of matters in a variety of areas, such as mergers and acquisitions (including conducting legal due diligence and drafting and negotiating stock transfer agreements), labor and employment (maintenance of company employment regulations and revisions in response to legal amendments, negotiations with employees, handling harassment claims, and labor litigation), commercial arbitration, bankruptcy, divorce litigation, and internal company fraud investigations.  She has also served as the contact person for whistleblower complaints for several companies and conducts compliance training for employees. 

In handling M&A cases in particular, which require carefully reviewing in detail a large volume of documents within a limited period of time to find legal issues and incorporate the best solutions into contracts, Ms. Fujiwara makes the most of her ability to plan ahead and work diligently.
