Overview
Shin Nakamori has handled a wide range of litigation and negotiation cases in a variety of fields, including matters involving antitrust and other competition law, bankruptcy trustees, mergers and acquisitions, labor law, construction and real estate, fraud investigations, and family law, including divorce and inheritance cases. He also provides legal advice to assist clients in preventing disputes before they arise, including advising with respect to the law and drafting and reviewing contracts. In particular, Mr. Nakamori regularly handles matters that involve the Antimonopoly Act, the Subcontract Act, and the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations, as well as prior notification for business combination examinations and other litigation.
With economic globalization and advances in information technology, Mr. Nakamori believes competition law is becoming increasingly important throughout the world and is constantly evolving. While assisting clients with a wide range of matters, Mr. Nakamori strives to enhance his expertise in the field of competition law and provide optimal legal services to clients.
