Shinya Ota is a Partner mainly handling business rehabilitation, corporate, litigation and dispute resolution matters. In addition to having been in charge of a wide variety of business rehabilitation cases, he has also advised clients in relation to mergers and acquisitions, business transactions, and numerous litigation and dispute resolution matters in which he was able to bring maximum benefit to his clients. With respect to corporate matters, Mr. Ota advises clients in a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, finance, and service industries, in relation to general civil matters and corporate law, as well as laws regulating specific industries. He specializes in legal issues related to insolvency proceedings, companies and banks, and is also developing his knowledge of virtual currency-related issues.
