Overview
Takehiro Oishi has been mainly handling corporate legal affairs, and his clients cover a wide variety of businesses such as manufacturing, healthcare, education, welfare, IT, finance and other service industries.
Mr. Oishi works to maximize the interests of his clients in negotiations and legal proceedings, such as litigation, and also as legal advisor in contract negotiations and corporate reorganizations. Moreover, he provides a wide range of advisory services relating to corporate governance, including guidance on general shareholders’ meetings and support in making business judgments.
