Overview
From his first year of practice, Tomoyuki Noguchi has handled a wide range of matters in a variety of fields, including litigation, dispute resolution, negotiation, general corporate and mergers and acquisitions.
In addition, since the beginning of his practice, Mr. Noguchi has advised numerous start-up companies with respect to matters such as raising capital, handling potential disputes, and rules and regulations relating to their business, such that advising start-up companies has become one of his main areas of practice.
While start-up law is a pillar of his practice, with extensive experience in handling disputes and mergers and acquisitions, for each matter he handles, Mr. Noguchi can provide advice from a multifaceted perspective.
As an example, when providing advice with respect to a legal dispute to a start-up company with plans to launch an IPO or pursue a merger or acquisition in the future, Mr. Noguchi would assess the dispute from the perspective of how prospective shareholders would view the dispute when discovered through the course of its due diligence review.
Mr. Noguchi believes that, by taking advantage of his broad experience, he can provide value-added support to clients in a wide variety of matters.
