As a result of Toshiaki Sano’s previous experience working for a financial institution, his primary area of legal practice is finance. Specifically, he handles project finance including, but not limited to, real estate non-recourse loans, renewable energy, and PFI matters. He also handles corporate reorganization matters, due diligence in M&A, and business revitalization matters. Recently, there have been increasing opportunities to engage with the start-up business community, and he has been focusing on assisting such startup companies.
