Overview

Working in conjunction with Japanese attorneys, Ms. Chang assists clients in a wide variety of Japan/China cross-border matters.  More specifically, Ms. Chang handles cases involving Japanese companies entering or withdrawing from mainland China and fraud investigations and other compliance matters.  Recently, she has been increasingly involved in cases concerning Chinese companies seeking to invest in Japan and other matters relating to Chinese business activities in Japan.  By taking advantage of her time spent living abroad, with an understanding of the cultural differences between China and Japan and the needs of her clients, Ms. Chang strives to provide clients with prompt and appropriate legal advice.
