Overview

Yohkoh Kuki has had a strong sense of justice from childhood, and sometimes he is said to be stubborn. Because of this personality, he wanted to do something for people and businesses suffering difficulties, and help them to realize their legitimate interests and rights; therefore, he decided to become an attorney.

In addition, Mr. Kuki believes one of his greatest strengths lies in the fact that he can tackle each issue thoroughly without compromise. Flexibility and reliability are also a forte of his as he has tried more than 10 ways to make one particular dish, and decided a travel theme and went abroad on his own for a month. He believes that this strengths will lead to the realization of the sincere interests of his clients in each case.

Since joining the firm in January 2024, Mr. Kuki has been involved in various matters including labor litigation, bankruptcy (including bankruptcy trustee cases), commercial disputes, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, fraud investigations, and administrative and general civil affairs.  He has a strong sense of satisfaction and fulfillment in contributing to the successful outcomes for his clients in these matters.

He desires to continue to gain knowledge in a wide range of practice areas, as well as enhancing his expertise in specific fields through involving himself in various matters.
In order to realize the interests of his clients, Mr. Kuki handles each matter diligently, and also approaches his work expediently but also with care and precision.
