Overview

Yohkoh Kuki has had a strong sense of justice from childhood, and sometimes he is said to be stubborn. Because of this personality, he wanted to do something for people and businesses suffering difficulties, and help them to realize their legitimate interests and rights; therefore, he decided to become an attorney.

In addition, Mr. Kuki thinks one of his greatest strengths is that he can tackle each issue without compromise.  He has tried more than 10 ways to make one particular dish, and decided a travel theme and went abroad on his own for 1 month.  He believes that this strength will lead to the realization of the legitimate interests of clients in each case.

Since joining the firm, Mr. Kuki has been involved in various matters including labor law, bankruptcy, restructuring, fraud investigation, and general civil affairs. He continues to involve himself in various matters and gain knowledge in a wide range of practice areas, as well as enhancing his expertise in specific fields.

In order to realize the interests of his clients, Mr. Kuki handles each matter diligently, and also approaches his work expediently but also with respect and precision.
