Overview

In addition to reviewing contracts and similar matters, Yoshino Ikegawa handles a wide range of cases that include real estate and construction litigation, dealing with governmental entities in the field of economic law, merger and acquisition due diligence, and consultation on divorce and inheritance matters.  Recently, she has also gained experience in fraud investigation cases and insolvency cases for major Japanese companies.  In addition, having been interested in advertising and PR since her days as a student, Ms. Ikegawa provides legal advice regarding TV commercials, posters, package design, and related matters.  Ms. Ikegawa continues to serve the various needs of clients without limiting herself to one specific area of law.

One of Ms. Ikegawa’s greatest strengths is having the perseverance to work hard to achieve her goals.  Since her first year as an attorney, she has advised a wide variety of companies, regardless of size, and has taken legal approaches from both aggressive and defensive perspectives.  For example, in cases where it is important for the client to establish and maintain relationships with existing business partners, while at the same time expanding sales channels by planning and executing new business, it is necessary to have not only a broad knowledge of the legal issues but also a sense of balance in strategic planning given the limitations of the client’s circumstances.  Working with the client to find that balance is always very rewarding for her.

Ms. Ikegawa continues to work diligently on each and every case, aiming for a solution that satisfies her clients.
