Panel discussion in English with Q&A in English, Japanese, French

Along with the many changes to the work environment in Japan which have occurred in recent years, there has been an increase in the number and types of harassment claims asserted by employees. In order to be able to maintain a positive work environment in which employers can obtain optimum performance and cooperation of employees, it is important for employers to understand how harassment claims should be handled from both a legal and practical perspective.

In this seminar consisting of a panel discussion followed by a trilingual Q&A session, we will discuss the latest trends and developments in harassment law in Japan and also provide practical solutions for employers, including an explanation of the main types of harassment claims, typical scenarios encountered in the workplace, preventive and retroactive measures for employers, and practical advice for foreign companies in Japan.

This event will be followed by a networking reception organized by the CCIFJ. The networking details will be announced on the CCIFJ website as soon as they are finalized.
