Seminar on Termination of Employment Contracts in Japan by a Japanese attorney and Registered Foreign Attorney (US) specializing in employment law.
This seminar will be facilitated by Claude Kaneda, a French attorney, and conducted in English by Yuki Kawata, a Japanese attorney specializing in employment law, and Jiri Mestecky, an Illinois attorney and Registered Foreign Attorney with extensive experience in Japan.
This seminar will provide participants with an opportunity to deepen their understanding of the laws, regulations, and court cases relating to the termination of employment contracts in Japan, as well as practical points to keep in mind in light of actual practice. The seminar will be conducted in English, but questions and answers will be available in English, Japanese, and French.
