Masafumi Kodama made a presentation about the history and current condition of the mediation in Japan and the movement to establish an international mediation center at the workshop held in Kobe University, in which director-general-level members of the major Asian arbitration institutions gathered to exchange frank opinion about the international ADR of Asia.
