Following the establishment of the Corporate Governance Code in 2015, the corporate governance landscape for listed companies has transformed dramatically.
Concurrently, the nature and role of ‘activists’ and ‘activism’ have evolved, frequently requiring listed companies to engage in constructive dialogue with activist shareholders.
To ensure readiness for engagement with activists, Mr. Tome, drawing on extensive experience in activist-related cases, will thoroughly explain the fundamental viewpoints and strategies involved.
