Represented a Client in a JCAA Arbitration Case in Tokyo concerning the Setbacks in the Development of an Online Game
Kitahama Partners represented a non-Japanese company in a case in which the non-Japanese company filed an arbitration proceeding against a Japanese company in Tokyo on the grounds that the Japanese company had violated an online game development agreement which had been entrusted to it, and the Japanese company filed a counterclaim against the non-Japanese company and their individual representative.
