Business Restructuring of a Chinese Joint Venture Company
In cooperation with a Chinese law firm, Kitahama Partners provided legal advice to a Japanese listed company in a business restructuring project concerning a Chinese joint venture subsidiary established by the Japanese listed company and a Chinese company.
